Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product within 30 days of shipping, you may exchange or return it for a full refund. Products must be in new/unwashed condition with receipt, instructions, and packaging for a full refund. Items returned after the 30 day period will be issued store credit. Products which have been washed/gently used may be returned within 60 days for a 15% restocking fee.
· In the case of an error on the part of Mensore Baby, please contact us to receive a replacement item and postage paid return envelope.
· If you are pregnant, please let us know your due date at the time of purchase. You may return or exchange items within 30 days of your baby’s birth date.
· We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance on returned items as Mensore Baby is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Shipping
Mensore Baby ships via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. There is a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship for free.
Safety
· Check your product before each use. Look for signs of wear or compromises in the seams and buckles (if applicable). Contact Mensore Baby with any concerns and to have the product repaired or exchanged.
· Slings, Wraps, and Soft-Structured carriers are not approved safe child restraint devices. Do not use your Mensore Baby carrier products in a moving vehicle.
· Do not use while cooking or operating machinery.
· Do not bend over while carrying your baby in baby carriers. Instead, bend at the knees and support baby with one hand while crouching.
· CAUTION!: Positional asphyxia can occur when an infant’s airflow is restricted. Make sure that your baby’s chin is not pushed down into her chest. Check to make sure your baby’s nose and mouth are not covered by the sling. Signs of labored breathing include frequent moaning, sighing, grunting, and/or shallow, rapid breathing. Always monitor your baby closely when wearing her in a sling.
